At our next bargaining session on February 26, postdocs and research associates will begin to introduce our economic proposals, which will include things like salary, insurance, paid leave, visa fees, visa travel reimbursement, childcare subsidies, transit passes, and more. Packing the bargaining room with postdocs and research associates puts pressure on Penn admin to concede more at the bargaining tableSo RSVP here to observe an upcoming bargaining session and show Penn Admin we are paying attention, and ready to do what it takes to win a transformative first contract.

You can read and provide input on the proposal drafts via the RAPUP slack, so please reach out (reply to this email) to be added!

As a reminder, there will be two openings on the Bargaining Committee to be filled in the coming weeks. Please reply to this email if you are interested in joining the committee or have any questions! Stay tuned for more information on the election process.
